PRODUCTS SOLD AND PRICES

The products sold in this online store are our design and manufacturing products.

The prices that are listed next to each product include VAT (24%).

The store reserves the right to adjust prices without notice.

SUBMITTING / CANCELLING ORDER

Ordering products is mandatory to buy them at the total price indicated when submitting the order, as it includes VAT, packaging and shipping costs, other applicable charges, and any discounts to which you are entitled as a customer. Your order is completed with the acceptance by the company by sending you confirmation email (confirmation email) to the email address (email) that you indicated when submitting your details to our database. In case you haven't received your order confirmation message, please contact the store immediately to request the successful completion of your order submission.

For any order cancellation (total or partial) you should contact us by phone or at our email address. The order can be canceled throughout its processing and if you have not yet received information about its shipment. Once the customer has been notified of the completion and shipping of the order, any cancellation will not be accepted.

METHOD / TIME / COST OF SHIPPING

Each order is prepared and shipped within 10 working days.

Shipments are made throughout Greece and abroad.

In case of inaccessible areas or areas where the charge is higher than that is calculated in the order.

"Lithari Hellas" is not responsible for any delays in the delivery time of the order due to obstruction of the transport company as well as for losses and damages during transport.

Once the order is sent you will receive an informative e-mail.

The store has taken all the necessary measures to secure transactions using your credit card. However, in the event that your credit card has been proven to have been fraudulently used, your charge may be canceled at your request by the Bank that issued your credit card, which must investigate your complaint. For this reason, as soon as you realize that this has happened, you have the obligation to inform the competent Bank, in order to cancel it and to exclude its use by unauthorized persons.
